"This diamond-in-the-rough theater is thoroughly underrated, supremely entertaining and wholeheartedly recommended. Veteran theatergoers will be pleased with its quality, while newcomers will appreciate its honesty and lack of pretentiousness. It's a superb choice when thinking of weekend activities, and one audiences will not soon forget." --UB Spectrum

"Lots of surprises, lots of drama. Strong female roles, interesting side characters...LaChiusa has written a big play."
Willie Donaldson, review of 2006 Buffalo Infringement reading of RED CLAY
Georgia, 1982
It was the best of business times and the worst of business times
A railroad was caught between doing business "the good ol' ways" and the forces placed upon it by a changing business world; a man who dreams of creating his fortune at any sacrifice, another man with a diesel engine beauty and a New York City representative who tries to balance love and ledger books. All play out their scenes in this original two-act play.
Will their dreams come true and passions play out, or crumble into the red clay of Georgia? For more info on RED CLAY please click (Here)
